Community transformation - people working together to restore neighborhoods
Urban - Business as Mission

Transforming our business mindset into a lifestyle of mission.

Ur-BAM is a growing network of families, practitioners, and partners committed to restoring neglected towns and inner-city neighborhoods through faithful presence, honest work, and long-term commitment.

Why This Initiative?

Across cities and small towns stand boarded-up storefronts, vacant homes, idle schools, and abandoned industrial buildings. These places are rich with history, people, and potential.

At the same time, many Christian communities possess capital, trades, skills, and families who want to live meaningful lives, with the purpose to build the Kingdom of God—but often lack clear pathways to deploy those gifts in ways that lead to lasting, locally owned Christ centered organizations.

Ur-BAM exists to make the connections that close this gap.

Trusted Local Partnerships
